The role
Mozilla is hiring a contract software engineer to build internal tooling for the Firefox WebCompat team. The work is dashboards and the screenshot pipeline for broken-site reports that the team uses to triage site breakage. It is a fixed-term contract role.
What you will do
- Build and improve WebCompat dashboards for triage, reporting and metrics
- Improve the broken-site-report screenshot capture and pipeline
- Work with the WebCompat team and QA to turn triage needs into reliable tooling

- Solid web development with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Python and Django
- Experience building dashboards or data views
- Comfort with tooling, automation and web services
- Self-directed, with good written communication
