- Diagnose and fix Layout problems on Windows, macOS, Linux and Android
- Handle code review and routine upkeep so full-time engineers can focus on other projects
- Join planning and standards or web-compat meetings as needed
What they ask for
- Strong C++ skills
- Solid CSS and page-layout knowledge
- Strong debugging and optimization in a multithreaded codebase
- Ability to work independently and lead technically in a large, mature codebase
- JavaScript or Rust, browser architecture and web standards experience are preferred
What they offer
- Fixed-term contract position
