The role
Volga Partners is hiring finance professionals in Pakistan on a retainer to evaluate large language models on finance tasks. The work is 40 hours a week and runs through the end of the year, starting immediately.
What you will do
- Write realistic finance prompts and scenarios across analysis, accounting, investment, banking and risk.
- Write expert reference answers with reasoning, calculations and assumptions.
- Evaluate AI responses for financial accuracy, reasoning, completeness and clarity.
- Identify factual errors, flawed assumptions and gaps, and give detailed feedback.
- Apply scoring frameworks consistently and support benchmarking of model performance.
What they ask for
- Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, accounting, economics or a related field.
- Professional experience in finance, accounting, investment banking, equity research or audit.
- Strong grasp of financial concepts and valuation methods.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Available 40 hours a week, from 12:00 AM PST onwards.
- Able to work independently with structured guidelines.
- Preferred: CFA, ACCA, CPA or similar; familiarity with generative AI.
What they offer
- Retainer-based engagement of 8 hours a day.
