The role
Volga Partners is recruiting finance professionals (investment banking) to train and evaluate AI financial reasoning models. It is a temporary, part-time, remote contract for people based in Pakistan or India, expected to run about 7 to 10 days from a tentative start of August 31, 2026.
What you will do
- Create and review finance-related prompts, scenarios and analytical tasks
- Evaluate AI answers for financial accuracy, reasoning quality and business relevance
- Review financial analyses, assumptions, calculations and recommendations
- Identify inaccuracies and inconsistencies
- Provide structured feedback and quality assessments
What they ask for
- Experience in investment banking, valuation, financial modeling, M&A, corporate finance or capital markets
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, math, statistics, business or a related field
- At least 4 years of professional experience in a listed finance discipline
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent written English
- Reliable internet and ability to work independently
- Located in Pakistan or India; CFA, ACCA, ACA or CMA preferred
