The role
Wisevu is a remote marketing agency serving healthcare, home services and charity clients in Canada, the USA and Europe. It is hiring an On-Page SEO Specialist for SEO and AI-search optimisation, working 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern.
What you will do
- Own on-page SEO from research and planning to implementation, QA and monitoring
- Analyse keywords, search intent, competitor pages and content gaps
- Write content briefs and review content for accuracy and search intent
- Optimise metadata, headings, internal linking and page structure
- Check indexing, canonicalisation, structured data and crawlability
- Implement updates in WordPress or coordinate them with writers and developers
What they ask for
- At least C1-level English
- Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, advertising, business, communications, IT or a related field
- 3+ years of hands-on on-page SEO
- Agency experience in digital marketing or SEO
- Experience with content optimisation briefs and reviewing landing pages
- Working knowledge of Search Console, GA4 and Ahrefs or similar
- WordPress editing experience
- Works 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern with at least 7 hours of overlap
