The role
Trade Nation, an international fintech and regulated trading firm, is hiring a Paid Media Manager to run paid campaigns that drive new first-time trade accounts. Paid social, mainly Meta, is the focus, with paid search, display and affiliate as support. Works with creative, data, CRO and compliance teams.
What you will do
- Manage paid social accounts day to day, including setup, optimisation, budget pacing and scaling
- Build testing frameworks across audiences, creative, placements and bidding
- Brief the creative team and iterate paid social assets
- Work with marketing tech and data on event tracking, Conversions API and reporting
- Test landing pages with CRO and organic growth teams
- Make sure ads meet financial promotions rules in each licensed jurisdiction and are approved before publishing
What they ask for
- Hands-on experience running paid social at scale on Meta, plus LinkedIn, YouTube, programmatic and affiliate
- Understanding of Conversions API, event tracking, attribution and performance analysis
- Experience running creative testing programmes
- Commercial discipline around CAC, CPA and payback
- Ability to work within a regulated environment alongside compliance
- Working knowledge of Google Ads account management
- Fluent English; Portuguese, Polish or German a plus
