The role
The company is hiring an Intermediate Fullstack Engineer for its Growth team to improve the sign-up, trial and purchase journey on the company.com and self-managed the company. The all-remote role is open to candidates in Poland.
What you will do
- Design and run A/B tests that increase first purchases
- Build registration, trial, onboarding and upgrade experiences
- Implement backend features in Ruby on Rails and frontend in Vue.js
- Analyze experiment results with data analysts
What they ask for
- Professional experience with Ruby on Rails and modern JavaScript
- Solid Git, feature development and deployment workflows
- Experience with relational databases and web performance
- Vue.js, PostgreSQL or A/B testing experience preferred
