The company is hiring a senior manager to lead lifecycle marketing and a team of lifecycle marketers across onboarding, retention and expansion. The role is remote in select locations in Canada.

- Own lifecycle strategy across onboarding, retention and expansion
- Lead and coach a team of lifecycle marketers
- Build lifecycle programmes using behaviour and segmentation
- Set up experimentation and measurement
What they ask for
- 10+ years in lifecycle marketing, CRM, retention or growth marketing
- Significant people-management experience
- Experience with segmentation, triggers, personalisation and experimentation
- Iterable or similar marketing automation experience
- Based in an eligible Canadian location
