The role
The company, a DTC pet brand, is hiring a hands-on CRO and experimentation lead to run conversion tests across its sites and funnels. Fully remote, listed for Colombia, Romania, Argentina, Canada and Poland.
What you will do
- Own every conversion test across both brands
- Build the test backlog and brief tests
- QA, launch and call tests, then ship winners
- Monitor conversion and flag drops
What they ask for
- 3-4+ years running CRO programs for Shopify DTC brands
- Experience building and testing paid-acquisition funnels
- Deep Intelligems experience plus AfterSell, Microsoft Clarity and Shopify analytics
- Experience briefing developers and designers and managing a CRO agency
- Fluent English
- Full-time
