The role
The company is hiring a Staff Technical Writer to create documentation and learning content for its observability products, working with engineers, product managers and the writing team. The role is remote and open to applicants in Sweden.
What you will do
- Write documentation and learning content for Grafana's observability products
- Interview subject matter experts and turn technical detail into clear content
- Work with engineers and product managers to understand product requirements
What they ask for
- Experience documenting enterprise or developer-facing software, with writing samples
- Hands-on use of AI tools in your writing workflow and ability to verify their output
- Docs-as-code: command-line Git, GitHub pull requests, Markdown and IDEs
- Experience working with engineers and product managers to get accurate information
- Experience working remotely and asynchronously
- Observability, monitoring or cloud-native experience is a bonus
