The role
The company, a recruiter that places Philippines-based talent with Australian companies, is hiring a Senior AI Developer for a Brisbane hospitality training organisation. As its first AI developer, the contractor will design and build a suite of tools that turn training package data into audit-ready compliance drafts. Open to Philippines-based applicants.
What you will do
- Design, build, test and release a five-tool AI suite
- Build retrieval pipelines that keep outputs grounded in source documents
- Measure tool accuracy against the compliance team
- Produce Word document exports with proper styles and templates
- Manage hosting, security and cost reporting
What they ask for
- Experience engineering prompts, retrieval pipelines and structured outputs
- Ability to build evaluation sets and measure accuracy against human reviewers
- Experience managing hosting, security, data handling and costs
- Available during Brisbane business hours, roughly 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday
- Based in the Philippines
