The company is hiring a Senior Marketing Manager to own delivery of SEO, marketing operations and paid media projects across 5 to 10 client accounts. The role is remote and open to applicants in Brazil and Colombia.

- Escalate risks and scope creep early
What they ask for
- 5+ years in growth marketing, marketing operations or marketing strategy
- 2-3+ years in an agency or client services environment
- Experience running marketing projects in Asana, ClickUp or Monday
- Proficiency in GA4 and website performance analysis
- Hands-on conversion optimisation or demand generation
- Professional English and experience leading client calls
