The role
The company is hiring a Content Designer II to work as an embedded partner on a product team, shaping UX writing and content strategy for web and native app experiences. The role is remote within the UK.
What you will do
- Shape user flows, information architecture, content hierarchy and UX writing across web and native app experiences
- Work with Product Design, Research, PM, Engineering, Brand, Legal, Compliance and Customer Experience from early ideas through launch
- Write clear product content for in-product flows, notifications, emails, text messages and prototypes
- Use research, experiments, customer feedback and data to improve content decisions
- Join design sprints, critiques and content reviews
- Contribute to style guides, writing guidelines and reusable patterns
What they ask for
- 2+ years in content design, UX writing, content strategy or information architecture, for web and native products
- Portfolio showing UX writing craft and shipped product experiences
- Understanding of usability, accessibility, research and experimentation
- Ability to work independently on defined projects
- Experience collaborating with PMs, designers, researchers, engineers, legal and compliance
- Based in the UK
- Nice to have: financial services, regulated industries, design systems, lifecycle communications
