The role
The company is placing a business automation and systems specialist with an Australian software company in digital forensics and eDiscovery. The role covers PHP website work, Zoho invoicing automation and AI chatbots. Full-time contract for Philippines-based candidates on Australian hours.
What you will do
- Build and maintain the company website in PHP, HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Configure Zoho Books, CRM, Flow, Deluge or Creator to automate billing and invoicing
- Build and deploy AI chatbots and engineer LLM prompts for internal tasks
- Automate marketing and operational workflows with Zapier, Zoho Flow or custom PHP and webhooks
- Document code, prompts, integrations and workflows, and monitor them for reliability
What they ask for
- Strong PHP backend skills with HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript
- Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, Books, Flow and Deluge scripting
- Understanding of automated invoicing, billing logic and payment gateways
- Direct experience building AI chatbots and LLM prompt automation
- Experience with APIs, webhooks and no-code tools such as Zapier or Make
- Knowledge of process mapping and databases such as MySQL
