The role
1Password is hiring a security intern for its Threat Operations team, covering threat intelligence, detection engineering and incident response. The four-month internship runs January to April 2027 and is remote within Canada and the US.
What you will do
- Analyse incoming threat intelligence and run IOC sweeps
- Help turn intelligence into detections
- Support security incident response work
What they ask for
- Scripting or programming experience such as Python or Go
- Comfort working with APIs
- Experience using AI tools to automate workflows
- Available January to April 2027
- Based in Canada or the US
