Mercury, a fintech company, is hiring a Senior Engineering Manager to lead its mobile team of 13 Android and iOS engineers. The role is open remotely to candidates in the United States or Canada, with offices in San Francisco, New York and Portland also listed.
What you will do
- Lead a team of 13 Android, iOS and backend engineers
- Mentor and give feedback to engineers
- Work with product, design and engineering leaders on roadmaps
- Represent mobile needs to backend, web and infrastructure teams

- 5+ years managing mobile and/or web engineering teams
- Strong iOS and Android expertise
- Familiarity with Kotlin and Swift/RxSwift
