The role
Mercury, a fintech company, is hiring a senior SRE to embed with product teams and improve on-call, monitoring, SLOs and reliability. The role can be remote anywhere in the US or Canada, or based in San Francisco, New York or Portland.
What you will do
- Embed with product teams to improve on-call and alerting
- Run game day exercises
- Add reliability fixes in Haskell and TypeScript code
- Define meaningful SLOs
What they ask for
- Past SRE or DevOps experience
- Significant PostgreSQL experience
- Experience with Grafana or Honeycomb
- Based in the US or Canada
