The role
Through Hunt St, a Queensland healthcare provider is hiring a part-time AI automation and admin specialist in the Philippines to connect Halaxy with Microsoft 365, Outlook and Xero and automate bookings, referrals and reporting. The contractor role is fully remote.
What you will do
- Integrate Halaxy with Microsoft 365, Outlook and Xero
- Automate referrals, bookings and follow-ups
- Build automated KPI reports
- Help implement AI assistants and agents
What they ask for
- Experience building automations with Make, Zapier, n8n or Power Automate
- Low-code skills with some JavaScript or Python
- Daily use of ChatGPT and Claude, including custom GPTs or agents
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation (GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign)
- Available during Australian business hours
