The role
Hunt St is placing a Philippines-based Business Process and AI Specialist with an Australian directional drilling company. The role builds AI assistants and workflow automations and keeps HR, maintenance and invoice records accurate, on NSW business hours.
What you will do
- Find repetitive tasks and automate them
- Build and maintain AI assistants and automated workflows
- Keep employee and equipment records current in BrightHR and MaintainX
- Support supplier invoice processing
- Report on onboarding, maintenance and invoice exceptions
What they ask for
- Experience building AI assistants, bots or workflow automations
- Experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Make, Zapier, n8n or Power Automate
- Experience with Xero supplier invoices and reconciliations
- Experience maintaining business records
- Clear written and spoken English
- Reliable internet and overlap with NSW business hours
