The role
KittySpout, a premium DTC brand selling stainless steel cat water fountains and the newer DoggySpout, is hiring a fully remote Performance Creative Strategist. You will script and brief direct-response Meta ads, especially long-form VSLs, for a brand spending over $2M a month on Meta.
What you will do
- Run the creative process from scripting to final ad for direct-response campaigns
- Write VSL briefs end to end: angle, hook, script and structure
- Design AI-driven concepts and hooks for paid video
- Analyze Meta creative performance data and iterate on ads
- Research customers and competitors to guide new concepts
- Produce at least 15 ad briefs per week and send monthly and quarterly creative reports
What they ask for
- 3+ years of performance creative for DTC brands or at a creative agency
- Proven short and long form Meta VSL copywriting experience
- Ability to name the brands and spend levels behind your past work
- Analytical skills with performance data from tools like Northbeam and Facebook Ads
- A current AI stack used in production
- Fluent English, fully remote
- Willing to work overtime or weekends when needed
- Delivers volume and quality in the same week without being chased
