The role
Motive is hiring a Senior Marketing Operations Specialist to run its marketing technology stack and the data flows behind it. The role is remote for candidates in the United States.
What you will do
- Administer and configure the MarTech stack day to day
- Build agentic workflows that automate marketing operations processes
- Put data governance and quality measures in place
- Set up cross-platform signals and in-product messaging for customer journeys
- Train marketing colleagues on the tools
What they ask for
- 3+ years administering a marketing technology stack
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Authorization to access technology controlled under US export regulations
