The role
DATAMARK, a business process outsourcing provider, is hiring customer service associates who take calls, identify callers' language needs and route them to interpreters. The job is work from home, open only to candidates living in Mumbai, India.
What you will do
- Determine the language needs of callers
- Enter customer information and look up databases
- Transfer calls quickly to the right staff member
