The role
SupportYourApp, a support outsourcing company, is hiring remote Customer Support Consultants for a hospitality client. Candidates in Thailand, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines or Armenia will help customers by phone, chat and email.

- Support customers by phone, chat and email
- Handle customer data securely
- Meet KPIs and work with developers on issues
