The role
Emerging Travel Group is hiring an SRE and observability engineer to build monitoring across Trino, Kubernetes, databases and Hadoop. Candidates in Armenia, Portugal or Vietnam can work fully remotely.
What you will do
- Build end-to-end monitoring across infrastructure stacks
- Automate DORA metrics and uptime dashboards
- Close gaps in Kubernetes, database and storage monitoring
- Tune Alertmanager rules to catch incidents early
What they ask for
- 3+ years as DevOps or SRE and 5+ years in IT
- Deep Prometheus, Grafana and Alertmanager knowledge
- Understanding of SLI/SLO/SLA, error budgets and DORA metrics
- Kubernetes and database experience
- Python; Go or JS a plus
