The role
NeoWork, a staffing partner for US companies, is hiring a digital marketing specialist to run paid, email and SEO campaigns for client brands. The role is fully home-based for candidates in Colombia.
What you will do
- Run campaigns on Meta, Google and LinkedIn
- Build email campaigns and automation workflows
- Support SEO and content work
- Report on KPIs and run A/B tests
What they ask for
- 2+ years in digital or performance marketing
- Hands-on Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads experience
- Experience with HubSpot, Klaviyo or Mailchimp
- Comfortable with GA4 and campaign reporting
- Good written and spoken English
- Based in Colombia with a reliable home office
