What you will do
- Make and take patient calls for scheduling and reminders
- Verify insurance eligibility and support pre-authorizations
- Process intake forms and update EHR records
- Coordinate referrals and follow-ups
What they ask for
- 1+ year in a medical office, healthcare call centre or patient services role
- Excellent spoken and written English with a calm phone manner
- Familiarity with medical terminology
- Experience with EHR or practice management systems
- Available during US business hours
- Based in the Philippines with a reliable home office
