The role
Customer.io, a messaging automation platform, is hiring an Events Marketing Manager to own in-person events and a monthly webinar across EMEA. The role works with Demand Gen, Content, Partnerships and EMEA Sales. Candidates must be based in the UK or Ireland.
What you will do
- Own the EMEA in-person events calendar, including field events, hosted customer experiences and sponsored conferences
- Run day-to-day logistics: vendors, timelines, run-of-show, speaker prep and onsite support
- Run the monthly EMEA webinar from topic selection through registration, promotion and follow-up
- Promote events across email, social and partner channels and manage attendee communication
- Track pipeline, revenue and engagement from events and share recommendations to improve ROI
- Maintain templates and repeatable workflows for EMEA events
What they ask for
- Based in the UK or Ireland (London or Dublin preferred)
- 4+ years of event marketing experience within B2B SaaS
- Experience running in-person events in several formats, ideally across multiple EMEA markets
- Experience running webinars and using platforms such as Livestorm, Zoom or Sequel
- Strong project management across timelines, teams and time zones
- Comfortable with marketing automation tools such as Marketo and with Salesforce
- Understanding of lead capture, UTMs and event pipeline attribution
- Willing to travel 15% or more
