The role
SupportYourApp is hiring a Senior Full-Stack Developer for a partner healthcare technology platform that clinics use for scheduling, clinical records and invoicing. The role ships features, owns production health and builds AI features. Fixed hours of 09:00-18:00 UAE time.
What you will do
- Ship features end to end in Django/DRF, PostgreSQL and React/TypeScript
- Maintain the Playwright end-to-end test suite for API and UI
- Build AI features, including an MCP server and a staff assistant on AWS Bedrock
- Plan and ship releases and own production health across ECS, RDS and Celery, leading post-mortems
- Build clinic integrations such as UAE health exchanges, Stripe, SMS and WhatsApp
- Keep clinic data isolated through multi-tenant access control, roles and audit trails; fix slow queries and write safe migrations
What they ask for
- 5+ years with Python/Django and PostgreSQL
- Hands-on AWS experience, particularly ECS and RDS
- Confident with React
- Practical experience building products with AI/LLMs
- Familiarity with Jenkins, Bitbucket and Jira
- Fluent English, B2 or higher
- Available Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00 UAE time (GMT+4)
