The role
Instacart is hiring a Growth Media Marketing Manager to run paid search on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, a multi-million dollar program that drives new customer acquisition. The role is remote, and hiring is currently limited to Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia and Nova Scotia in Canada.
What you will do
- Run paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads and multiple accounts
- Pace and manage multi-million dollar monthly budgets with internal stakeholders
- Maintain keyword management, bid strategies, ad copy, landing pages and audience targeting within testing frameworks
- Track and present campaign performance and fix campaign health issues early
- Support A/B tests with Data Science, Analytics and Product teams, keeping records of changes
What they ask for
- Located in Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia or Nova Scotia
- 3-6 years managing paid search directly in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
- Experience with large budgets; $5M+ monthly spend is preferred
- Analytical skills for CPA, ROAS, ROI, LTV and CAC
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Ability to follow detailed SOPs accurately
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
