The role
Hunt St places Philippines-based contractors with Australian clients. This client is an education business selling planning resources to teachers and needs a Head of Growth to build its marketing function and restore recurring subscription growth. Regular overlap with Australian hours is required.
What you will do
- Own growth strategy with a focus on recurring subscription revenue
- Run paid acquisition and test messaging, offers and creative
- Own lifecycle marketing from acquisition to reactivation, including segmentation and automations
- Set up reporting on acquisition, conversion, subscription revenue and retention
- Work with the CTO/development team on tracking and measurement
- Build and lead a marketing team and develop community and referral strategies
What they ask for
- 5+ years of growth or marketing experience, ideally owning revenue growth in a subscription business
- ActiveCampaign experience desirable, or a similar lifecycle/CRM platform
- Working knowledge of GA4, Meta, Google and Canva
- Experience with subscriptions, memberships, SaaS or digital products
- Strong analytical skills and hands-on paid acquisition experience
- Strong written and verbal English
- Philippines-based with regular overlap with Australian hours
- Independent contractor who discloses other roles and lists the engagement on LinkedIn
