The role
Bitwarden, a password and secrets management company, is hiring an IT security administrator to handle security and IT service desk work, access management and incident response. This is an all-remote role for US-based applicants, with Eastern time preferred and no visa sponsorship.
What you will do
- Work security and IT service desk tickets as the first point of user support
- Handle access changes, provisioning and deprovisioning
- Run audits, access management and license administration
- Respond to and escalate security incidents and investigations
What they ask for
- Hands-on experience administering Atlassian cloud products (Jira, Service Management, Confluence)
- Experience with access control, SCIM onboarding automation and user provisioning
- Generalist security and IT experience across diverse technologies
- Experience managing equipment and software for a distributed workforce
- Eastern US time zone preferred; coverage ahead of US East Coast hours
- Must be eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship
