The role
TechOp Solutions is hiring a junior Dashboard Developer to build and maintain dashboards and reports that track program performance, operational outcomes and AI pilot progress. The role works with technical and functional teams to turn reporting needs into clear visualizations.
What you will do
- Work with stakeholders to define reporting requirements, performance measures and data sources
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI or a similar tool
- Create visualizations that show trends, results and problem areas
- Collect and analyze data from several sources to support decisions
- Check dashboard calculations and report outputs for accuracy and consistency
What they ask for
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Experience creating dashboards and data visualizations
- Familiarity with reporting and data analytics concepts
- Experience supporting testing, troubleshooting and documentation
- Able to meet security eligibility requirements; DHS public trust is strongly preferred and TSA experience is desired
