Hunt St places Philippines-based contractors with Australian companies. This client is a Brisbane business in rooming accommodation and residential investment property, and needs a Marketing & Growth Lead for its property management arm. Work follows Australian business hours.
What you will do
- Build positioning, messaging and marketing plans tied to measurable targets
- Design lead generation and nurture journeys for different property-owner segments
- Create landing pages, email/SMS nurture and CRM workflows
- Run the content calendar, website content, SEO, paid campaigns and referral campaigns
- Track lead quality, conversion and acquisition cost, and optimise the funnel
- Use AI tools and build automation workflows, documented as SOPs
What they ask for
- Senior growth or performance marketing experience with measurable results
- Full-funnel expertise: lead generation, nurturing, conversion, CRM and customer journeys
- Excellent English and copywriting skills
- Hands-on with content, social, paid ads, SEO, email and websites
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation and campaign tracking
- Practical use of AI tools in marketing
- Philippines-based; availability aligned to Australian hours (about 9 AM to 5 PM)
- Works as an independent contractor and must disclose other ongoing roles
