The role
Bitwarden, a password and identity security company, is hiring a Principal Implementation Engineer on its Customer Success team. You would lead technical planning for large enterprise deployments and adoption. The team is all remote and the role is for someone located in the UK.
What you will do
- Act as a subject matter expert for Bitwarden services
- Lead technical planning and execution of new deployments, focused on large enterprise customers
- Advise customers on best practices and act as point of contact for named customers
- Join customer quarterly business reviews, including environment audits and best-practice reviews
- Triage bug reports and feature requests with Engineering and Product
- Guide knowledge sharing across Implementation Engineers and work with Technical Writing

- Previous technical role such as Systems, Implementation, DevOps or IT Infrastructure Engineer
- Excellent English and grammar
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Empathy and a passion for helping users and teammates
- Ability and desire to work remotely
- Preferred: Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), mobile and identity systems
- Occasional travel for customer meetings or events
