The role
Aidey, a Philippines-based outsourcing company, is hiring a Product Support Specialist for a client whose app improves shopper experiences on eCommerce stores. You would answer support tickets by email in Zendesk and escalate technical problems to R&D. Fresh graduates may apply.
What you will do
- Answer customer emails and resolve issues in Zendesk
- Troubleshoot technical problems and escalate complex ones to R&D
- Work with development teams to fix issues
- Keep learning the client's products
What they ask for
- Excellent English communication, spoken, written and reading
- Knowledge of CSS, HTML and JavaScript
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple tasks at once
- Customer service or technical support experience is an advantage
- Shopify and Zendesk experience are advantages
