The company is hiring a Senior Data Analyst to be the analytics partner for its Customer Success team and product-led customer journey. The role is remote within the United States and Canada.
What you will do
- Analyze how customers move from sign-up to renewal
- Turn business questions from Customer Success and Product into analyses
- Define how digital and scaled success programs are measured
- Size opportunities and recommend where to invest
What they ask for
- 5+ years in analytics in B2B SaaS, ideally product-led
- Advanced SQL with large product usage and event datasets
- Experience with A/B testing, statistical or predictive modeling
- Experience with AI/BI tools such as Hex or Omni
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Gainsight or Amplitude
