The role
The company is hiring Forward Deployed AI Accelerators to work inside its marketing organisation, building AI tools and agents with marketers and coaching them to use AI daily. The role is open remotely in the US and Canada or in several US offices.
What you will do
- Map high-value workflow changes for a cohort of 25 to 45 marketers
- Build custom tools, agents and automations for each marketer
- Coach marketers until they build their own tools
- Document tools and playbooks for the wider team
What they ask for
- 5+ years in roles needing diagnostic thinking and cross-functional work
- Hands-on experience building AI agents, tools or automations that people use
- Experience in an AI transformation role
- Marketing experience or ability to learn marketing workflows quickly
