The role
The company is hiring a Senior Backend Engineer for the Trusted Agentic Development team in Developer Experience. The team works on validating software written by AI agents, starting with Rust, Ruby and Go. The salary range given is for Poland.
What you will do
- Own the technical approach for validating software when an AI agent is the author
- Prototype feedback mechanisms that catch the gap between passing tests and working software
- Develop approaches for Rust, Ruby and Go under one shared definition of trusted
- Design mid-loop feedback that lets an agent correct itself
- Work with engineering teams to adopt the approach and measure adoption
- Set technical direction and review designs
What they ask for
- Deep hands-on experience building software with AI agents, ideally in more than one language
- A clear view on why agent output can pass tests but fail in production
- Experience designing distributed systems built for Kubernetes
- Able to influence engineers across the organization without formal authority
- Strong written communication in an all-remote, async environment
- Not a QA or test automation role
