The role
The company is hiring a Staff Frontend Engineer to lead major frontend systems and product initiatives in Angular and React, working across teams to shape frontend architecture and improve engineering speed.
What you will do
- Lead development of complex features and frontend systems in Angular and React
- Partner with backend, integrations, product, design and QA
- Architect scalable, reusable frontend patterns
- Find and fix performance bottlenecks and UI architecture risks
- Drive practices for testing, observability and code quality
- Own delivery of large initiatives and mentor engineers

- 7+ years of frontend engineering with deep Angular and React expertise
- Strong TypeScript, RxJS, NgRx and frontend architecture patterns
- Experience building reusable component systems
- Deep knowledge of performance optimization and debugging for large web applications
- Record of leading major technical initiatives across teams
- Experience with unit, integration and end-to-end testing and defining test strategies
- Mentoring experience
