The role
The company is hiring a Principal Frontend Engineer to set long-term frontend architecture strategy across major product surfaces. It is a hands-on technical leadership role working with engineering, product, design, backend and integrations leaders.
What you will do
- Define frontend architecture strategy across product areas
- Lead the design of scalable systems in Angular and React
- Solve cross-team problems in performance, state management and developer productivity
- Shape end-to-end architecture with backend and integrations teams
- Raise the standard for quality, testing and maintainability
- Mentor senior and staff engineers and unblock teams on hard problems
What they ask for
- 10+ years of frontend engineering on large-scale web applications
- Expert experience with Angular, React, TypeScript, RxJS and NgRx or similar
- Record of architecting complex frontend systems for large user bases
- Deep expertise in performance, scalability and reusable component design
- Experience driving technical strategy across multiple teams
- Experience with testing infrastructure and defining test strategies
- Strong communication and mentoring skills
