The role
The company is hiring an Engineering Manager to build and lead the Trusted Agentic Development team in Developer Experience, which works on validating software written by AI agents. The salary range given is for Poland. All-remote.
What you will do
- Hire and grow engineers who practice agentic development
- Set technical direction for validating agent-built software in an undefined problem space
- Build relationships with the company engineering teams and earn adoption of the platform
- Measure engineer adoption and trust through real usage
- Stay involved in architecture and design discussions
- Run the team with clear goals, feedback and performance management

- Direct experience using AI agents to build software
- Experience leading engineering teams through ambiguous, early-stage problems
- Ability to drive adoption through influence rather than mandate
- Technical depth to take part in architecture and validation strategy discussions
- Experience designing distributed systems built for Kubernetes
- History of hiring and developing high-performing teams
- Strong written communication in an async, all-remote setting
