The role
The company is hiring a Senior Enterprise Systems Engineer to own a portfolio of Tier 1 company tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom, Notion and Jira, including roadmaps, access and automation. Remote within the US or Canada.
What you will do
- Own the lifecycle of assigned Tier 1 tools, including administration, configuration, support and documentation
- Build and maintain roadmaps for your tools
- Manage SSO and SCIM provisioning through Okta and support access reviews and onboarding
- Set configuration standards and governance such as retention policies
- Support licenses, renewals and vendor relationships with Finance, Legal and Procurement
- Assess new application requests and roll out AI features securely
What they ask for
- 5+ years of IT or enterprise systems experience at scale
- Hands-on administration of platforms like Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom, Notion, Jira or Asana
- Identity and access management knowledge: SSO, SCIM and access reviews (Okta preferred)
- Experience with workflow automation tools such as Tines, Okta Workflows or Workato
- Practical experience with AI productivity tools and secure AI adoption
- Ability to build and present a strategic roadmap
- Located in the US or Canada
