The role
The company, an enterprise AI company, is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead its North America Deployment Engineering team of Forward Deployed Engineers. The team builds agentic solutions on the North platform in on-premises customer environments in finance, healthcare and telecoms. The role is remote-friendly.
What you will do
- Lead and mentor Forward Deployed Engineers building agentic solutions with North on-premises
- Own customer success from technical implementation through delivery
- Work with Product, Engineering and Sales on how AI is delivered to enterprises
- Build relationships with technical stakeholders at customers
- Define processes that scale agent development and deployment across client environments
What they ask for
- 8+ years of software engineering experience
- 2+ years managing software engineering teams
- Experience managing engineers in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Hands-on experience building and deploying enterprise software at scale, with a focus on agentic applications
- Strong English communication, able to explain technical ideas to business audiences
- Nice to have: AI/ML infrastructure, enterprise security and compliance background
