The role
The company is hiring an Engineering Manager for Credential Governance, a product that gives enterprise admins visibility and control over company-owned credentials in employee and shared vaults. The role is remote within Canada and the US.
What you will do
- Set the team's strategic direction and tie it to company objectives
- Guide the product through launch and into maturity
- Scope key deliverables and lead the team through execution
- Work with product, design and other partners to define customer solutions
- Coach and mentor engineers and recruit new team members
- Provide technical leadership across the engineering organization

- Several years managing engineers and running a production service
- Working understanding of web development and backend technologies
- Track record of building a healthy team environment
- Experience leading project delivery and maintaining a roadmap
- Experience managing a remote or distributed team
- Judgment on using AI tools while keeping quality high
