The role
The company is hiring a Software Engineer for its Security Platform Engineering team, which builds platforms for secrets and key management, identity, onchain security, policy and vulnerability management. The company is remote-first, with quarterly in-person working sessions.
What you will do
- Build and develop the platform used by the security platform engineering org
- Write backend services in Go or Java for product and business needs
- Design scalable systems using modern cloud technology
- Own project priorities, deadlines and deliverables
- Review feature designs for security, scale and operability
- Turn product and technical vision into a quarterly roadmap with engineers, designers and product managers

- 3+ years of software engineering experience
- Designed, built and maintained production services, including service-oriented architecture
- Strong system design and coding skills
- Writes well-tested, high-quality code and debugs difficult problems
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight
