The role
The company is hiring a Senior .NET Developer for its SaaS Manager team, building the platform IT and security teams use to discover and govern SaaS and AI tools. The role is remote within Canada and the US, ideally on Eastern Time hours.
What you will do
- Own design and delivery of complex features from scoping to production with little guidance
- Lead technical design discussions and write design documents
- Set and uphold team practices for testing, code quality and observability
- Work with product managers and designers on customer problems and trade-offs
- Mentor less experienced developers through pairing and code review
- Share where agentic AI tools help in your own workflow
What they ask for
- 5+ years of software development, with .NET, C# and MongoDB or similar
- Ability to handle large, complex engineering problems independently
- Strong code review, test coverage and documentation habits
- Clear written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical audiences
- Located in Canada or the US, ideally working Eastern Time hours
- Bonus: moving a growth-stage app to enterprise scale; Go, Rust, TypeScript, React
