The role
The company is hiring a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, front-end leaning, for the North Admin area of its North AI workspace platform, building features and agents that work with sensitive enterprise data. The company is remote-friendly.
What you will do
- Build and ship features for the North AI workspace platform
- Develop autonomous agents that work with sensitive enterprise data
- Write minimal code that runs in low-resource environments with strict deployment mechanisms
- Write custom code when security and privacy rules rule out popular libraries
- Work with researchers to put new models and techniques into production
What they ask for
- Shipped a lot of full-stack production code in Python and React
- Strong coding ability across the stack
- Built and deployed RAG or agentic applications to millions of users, client-side or server-side
- Experience in both large enterprises and startups
- Able to read and fix issues outside the main codebase
- Comfortable with shifting priorities
- Bonus: design eye and a portfolio or GitHub
