The role
The company is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead the Build team within the company Delivery, which owns the systems that turn the company source code into packages, container images and cloud marketplace images for Self-Managed customers. All the company roles are remote.
What you will do
- Lead the Build team roadmap across UBT, TUBE and the wider build platform
- Own delivery of the company packages, container images and cloud marketplace images
- Drive a build-once, deploy-everywhere model across Omnibus, CNG and future targets
- Lead centralized dependency management and coordinated updates
- Ensure supply chain security with SBOMs, provenance and vetted dependencies
- Create self-service onboarding with standard CI templates, and add observability and metrics for build pipelines

- Owned services running at 99.99% SLOs
- Experience using AI tooling to improve team productivity
- History of building high-performing, accountable teams
- Able to drive complex projects without a dedicated TPM
