The role
The company is hiring a Senior Fullstack Engineer for its GTM Engineering team. You will build the backend systems and services behind go-to-market and growth platforms, and contribute on the frontend when needed. The team works closely with Marketing, Design and Content.
What you will do
- Design, build and maintain backend services and APIs for GTM and growth platforms
- Contribute across the stack, including frontend, when a project needs it
- Shape technical direction, including build-versus-buy and speed versus maintainability trade-offs
- Find and fix performance, scalability and reliability issues before users see them
- Review code and designs, and mentor junior engineers
- Document architecture and design decisions for other engineers
What they ask for
- Strong track record owning backend systems in production
- Fullstack proficiency in Vue, Node, Go and Ruby
- Deep backend design experience: API design, data modeling and database performance
- Ability to make sound technical trade-offs independently
- Comfort with shifting priorities tied to campaign or launch timelines
- Clear written communication, including architecture proposals for distributed teams
- Nice to have: marketing, growth or GTM systems experience, and mentoring experience
