The role
The company is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer, Infrastructure Specialist, in South Korea for its North enterprise AI workspace. You will deploy North in customers' private cloud and on-premises environments. About 20-40% travel is expected, and fluent Korean is required.
What you will do
- Lead end-to-end deployment of North in private cloud and on-premises environments, from planning to rollout
- Work with customer IT teams to assess infrastructure, security needs and data practices
- Design deployment strategies that meet client data privacy and security standards
- Troubleshoot deployment problems quickly to limit downtime
- Iterate quickly with customers to deliver solutions that meet their goals
What they ask for
- Experience working directly with customers
- Experience deploying enterprise software in private or hybrid cloud
- Proven administration of production Kubernetes clusters, with Helm expertise
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines and Git
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, GCP), networking and virtualization
- Fluent Korean and business-level English
- Willingness to travel 20-40%
